The customer is spoken by your browser. For a far more natural voice, accept the model terms at console.groq.com and set GROQ_TTS_ENABLED=1.

· Your briefs and transcripts are stored in this browser only.
· Brief text is sent to the AI provider only to generate scenarios and coaching.
· Your speech is transcribed by your browser where it can be, which on Chrome and Edge means the browser vendor processes it. If your browser cannot, the audio is sent to the AI provider instead, held only for the request and never stored.
· Uploaded documents are parsed in memory and never written to disk.
· Hidden customer state is deleted from the server after each review.
· API keys live in server environment variables and are never sent to the browser.
